# Pitmaster Rewards — How It Works

Welcome to the **Pitmaster Rewards** program — Uncle J's way of saying thank you every time you order. The more you eat, the more you earn.

## Earning Points

You earn **5 points for every \$10 spent** on eligible orders placed through [unclebbq.com](https://links.unclebbq.com/home). Points are credited automatically after your order is confirmed.

| \$50 | 25 pts |
| \$100 | 50 pts |

> Points are earned on food and beverage subtotals only — delivery fees, taxes, and tips are excluded.

As you accumulate points your status level rises, unlocking exclusive perks:

Higher tiers receive early access to limited menus, birthday perks, and exclusive offers sent to your email.

2. Click **Sign In / Create Account**
3. Create a free account with your email address
4. Start ordering — points are tracked automatically

## Redeeming Rewards

Redemption options are sent directly to your email as you hit milestones. Watch your inbox for exclusive discount codes and free-item offers tied to your tier level.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Do points expire?**
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any qualifying purchase resets the expiration clock.

**Can I earn points on catering orders?**
Catering orders over \$250 are processed separately. Points are not automatically applied to catering quotes — contact us to have them added manually.

**My points didn't show up after my order. What do I do?**
Allow up to 24 hours for points to be credited. If they still haven't appeared, [contact us](https://links.unclebbq.com/contact) with your order number and we'll sort it out.

**Can I combine rewards with discount codes?**
Rewards and promotional discount codes cannot be stacked in a single order at this time.
